More writing that you may like...or find helpful!?

This is something that I wrote on a major downer last week. I called it sickness. You may like it... or not? Or maybe find it useful?? Anyway, Take care one and all



How incredulous that they judge

These people who’s world I am not a part of

I am within it, yet without it

On the boundaries of its reach

I live but don’t exist

It offers me plenty, or so it seems

Yet I see very little

Is this the world in which I have always been present?

If not, where is the world I knew?

A leper is not to be feared or ostracized

He is there to be cared for and loved

There is no difference between the leper and other sick men

All sickness needs human kindness

Great Work! You do have a special talent. Instead of sickness I call it dis-ease.

I hope your depressive grip lets go soon. To me it is much worse physically to be depressed than manic or hypomania, which all BP's love because that has always seemed "normal" until we accepted/realized our dis-ease.

Keep writing, I can't wait to see what you produce on the flip side of depression.

This dis-ease is confusing!  Try and enjoy life as much as you can and keep writing, you are very gifted.  No, BP's are not normal but normal is so boring and predictable, we are special, unique, creative and I believe we have a higher spiritual connection, that is why we suffer unlike other people.  Maybe that sounds stupid, but I believe it and I truly am a "stupidly optimistic" person.  Go to the Edgar Cayce website and read his thought for the day.  Such an interesting person and alot of helpful information on that website:  how to meditate optimally, health tips.  I love quirky stuff like that.
