Travel

I traveled just recently and have taken several trips outside of the country. The key is to get enough sleep, which can be really hard to do, but force yourself! Jet lag and stress can really take a toll on your mood, so plan accordingly. But absolutely you can do it. Don't stay at home because you're afraid.

Tell blockhead that Im a nutcase and I have bipolor and my husband has taken me to Rome, Paris and London.  Nest year we are going to Africa.  So there.  SOrry honey , but I think that all men are blockheads  even my sons who I raised to be not-blockheads are.  It in their hormones.
