Yes, that is true BP situation. The fact that you are not sleeping is making you feel worse. Once you can get some good rest and probably a med to balance the highs and lows you will feel alot better. But like I said, if you are put on medication and the first one does not work, do not give up! Keep trying and hopefully soon you will find a peaceful place that your mind and body can reside nicely together.
Please do let me know, I am very concerned for you. i was in a bad place mentally just a week ago and I already feel much better. The world has color again and stress is being processed and handled properly by my mind. It is a nice feeling, I hope it lasts!
