There Is Hope With BP Husband... today

Hello everyone!  Today I feel like there is hope with my bp husband.  His meds were adjusted again and the last few days have been ok.  He says he feels better, but doesn't want to jinx it.  (I probably just did by writing this post).

I am really sensitive though.  When I was just reminding him that the new meds will make him really hungry and he should try to eat healthy snacks throughout the day and that he should eat breakfast in the morning, he joked and called me a nag to which I started crying and told him that if I didn't take care of him, who would?  He said he was joking.  I can't tell when he's joking or being serious anymore.  I wasn't nagging...

Anyhow, the past few days he's been less moody.  We'll see how long this lasts.

Good deal that everything is looking up right now. Believe it or not, you are not alone with the on edge feelings & sensitiveness. When things are rough you get so used to everthing being a drama that when they aren't things are easily mistaken. My wife is the same way, when she tries to kid around with me, I take it wrong sometimes. Even when she is joking, she always seems to have a hateful undertone to her that makes it hard to tell if she is joking or if she's truly being hateful.
