So a little update on us;

My dh is out of treatment b/c of his chronic kidney problem.  He'll have to start over once he's able to go back.  But he's stable and seemingly more content - he even smiled and told me he's happy to be home!  Not a fake smile either.  It was nice!  So we've moved and are all settled into our new place.  The boys are happy to have their Daddy home.  So for now the waters have calmed for us.

I'm glad to hear things are calm for now and your husband is being pleasant. That's so much nicer, isn't it? Thank you for updating us. It's good to hear from you.

That is such a relief to hear that. I have been worried about you since we haven't heard much from you lately. I knew things were kinda in limbo with the move & all, but when you posted about him leaving treatment without much other info, I thought things had gotten really bad. So good to hear they haven't.

He's doing more comprehensive testing with this psychiatrist to get a firm diagnosis on his mental health. Right now he's being treated for bipolar without being "officially" diagnosed. I guess they give a "preliminary" diagnosis in order to start treating and it actually takes a lot of testing to come to a solid conclusion, but whatever they're giving him is working. He doesn't lose his temper, he gets up and helps me with the boys in the morning and when he's feeling extra lovey, he gets everything ready for me the night before so all i have to do is get my self ready! Like i said in my other post to shelovesmenot we're also making a Ulysses Agreement in advance while he's "clear" minded so that we can have a clear course of action for when the day comes and he starts to cycle again. I'm really not looking forward to that day and hope it's still far away - if ever!
