 have been feeling good... lately...... not manic or depressed...... I wonder how long this will last...

Does any one feel like that...?

Yeah, I feel like that a lot of times.  Not right now though, but most of the time I feel pretty good.

 

Don't stain it by worrying how long it will last!

It is great to hear that you are doing good and I hope it last for a while too. Yes, I go through those moments too, can't say how long they last.
