Yep. Most definitely. Our bodies get "used" to the meds and we need the dosages adjusted or the meds changed. It's a real bummer when something that has been working really well just stops. I hope you find something good.

I believe I have had a similar experience... my pdoc added Abilify to help increase the effectiveness of the antidepressants I was on. At first it really seemed to help, but I also gained weight after a month and a half tops... I wasn't feeling it was helping at all. Now I am stuck trying to lose weight and have all these stretch marks all over my legs... if its not one thing it is something else... it is very stressful.
Good luck finding something that will work for you, I am in the process of doing the same thing.

Seems to be a common theme, more times than not when I go to my pdoc meds get changed, then the new side effects start. I am on Lithium and it makes my hands shake all the time, I get very embarrassed when people notice. also with all the meds my weight goes way down then way up, about
40 pounds total from top to bottom.Just wish I could find something that works for me!
