 Iam  33 years old woman married fr 9 years n hv one daugther.I am running a institute succesfully.though hv to face lots of problem as i knw  fr every bussness you hv to deals wiyh different problems My husband really nice n cooperate me in my work.I hv depression most of time. suddenly i start disliking my husband though he s really nice .n ths create a guilt in me tht why i start not liking him.He is vry nice but not expressive in hs love.I got great depression n consult a doctor he confirm me as bipolar.

Hi country like, it sounds like your bipolar II more depression than manic, get on the right drugs it really does help so much, and get a good therapist you will do fine with a little help. and you can always come here.

Hello, really happy fr the support.Yes i hv started medication n also praying to God a lot. Problem is ths i started takining intrest in another man i told my husband abt it i am really feeling guilty how he be feeling dont knw wht to do

Again feeling depress. Every time i use to think on some problem . Sometime i think God wiil be unhappy with me that i am always complaining.I alwys think no one should be unhappy with me. In order make other happy i make myself unhappy.I am thinking how could i manage to bigger problem if God forbid its come to my life.All people tried to do cheating wt me. Why i am getting back fm my husband becoz he always talk abt bussiness even during late time he is discussing abt tht. whch iritates me alot. n the other person whome i got interested alwats talks smthing different which attracting me alot n iam getting nearer nearer to him though we only talk through phone or sms.n iam getting away fm my husband who is just with me.ths creating a feeling of shame n guilty in me which disturb my mind a lot. I tried a lot to stop talking to that person but failed.PLZ HELP ME WHT I SHOULD DO

country like you talk about God a lot what would He want you to do??? First talk to your Husband maybe he don't know all he talks about is work all the time... And go from there, talk to your therapist maybe they have some ideas. talking to that other guy can get you into trouble, and it sounds like you have enough on your plate.
