Anyone have any good book suggestions? I read "Why am I Still Depressed?" and am considering "Get it Done When You're Depressed" as well as "Take Charge of Bipolar Disorder".
Any suggestions welcomed.

All of my books are still packed from the move, but I have "Why am I Still Depressed" and it was good. I have many many others. I'll try to keep in mind to come back to this thread when I've unpacked my books.

Ok I got a couple for my Nook. I will let you know if they are any good.
1. Get it Done When Depressed -- Julie Fast
2. Living Well with Depression and Bipolar -- John Mcmanamy
3. Take Charge of Bipolar Disorder -- Julie Fast
I also got 2 huge tech programming books.
Should last me a little while

Eager to hear how you like the Julie Fast books, I like her newsletter and blog. I think the health cards would be great too. She has another book, Pocket Therapist, looks cute. Have to download the Health Cards $39.95, or $19.95 if you're on disability. Thinking about
that.
Yes, definitely, you have your reading material well mapped out. Don't get it about
the nook.
Think Tom Wooten books would interest you.
