seperated

hi everyone. I am seperated from my husband again. I am going to go through with it this time even though it is the most painful thing i have ever experienced. I know i am strong enough.I am staying at my freinds house. The 1st and second night away from him i was freaking out. I would get up, run around,fall on the ground from exhaustion it seemed, hyperventalate, rock back and forth, started yelling no and a few other things.I was so full of so many emotions, anger being the worst almost completely consumed by it, that i was trying with all i had in me not to start punching holes in the walls or to start throwing things. i finally got it as dark as i could, in one of my bursts of angry energy and just shook most of my anxiousness away. I am doing a lot better now. Im not having these psychotic episodes if thats what it was.It seemed worse then an anxiety or panic attack. I just want everyone to know that im doing a lot better now. My episodes dont seem so rapid anymore. I'm not constantly going from mania, to mixed to depression to hypomania and so on. I feel a lot more stable. I would appreciate any prayers, i need them and also prayers for my husband, thank you.

Hi there, I separated from my husband for 6 months in 2008. We tried counselling for a year but he was online dating and i found out about it and so i left him for good in March 2010.  Yes, it is difficult at first, but if it's the right thing to do, then keep to your conviction.  It is very hard emotionally for you right now so you need to keep your friends close.  I found that if i had any interaction with my spouse, it started a roller coaster of emotion, and racing thoughts.  So, i kept these to an absolute minimum.  I will pray for comfort and strength for you and your husband.  You need to be strong, talk with your friends, see your psych/counsellor, and take your meds.  Try to create a new daily routine and that will help too.
