Meredith,
While I don't know anything about any of the meds that you're taking, I think the first step would be to figure out (with your doctor's help) which one of them is causing the shakiness. (Or if it's a result of a combination of them) Once you know the cause of it, you can work with your doctor to figure out how to make it go away (changing dosage, switching to something different, or adding something to control it).
I'm not sure if you are currently seeing a counselor, but it seems like it would be helpful so that you can work on your current anxiety levels. I have suffered from anxiety for my entire life, and I have found that talking about it (saying your anxious thoughts out loud) can do a lot as far as helping you really realize how irrational they may be. Once you realize that, it can be easier to learn to ignore those thoughts. I know from personal experience that while anxiety meds can help you to not feel the anxiety as much, they cannot really make it go away. The best thing is to work on that through therapy while taking the meds so that you can learn to function without them. It is a really awesome feeling when you realize that you are able to control a certain aspect of your anxiety without the meds. It is a good boost of confidence because it shows you proof that you really are strong. I know you can do it :)
I hope that helps some.
