When I was a freshmen in high school, in health class, there was a video about mental illnesses and bipolar was one. I KNEW that was me! But my instructor shot me down.
I let one person's untrained unobjective OPINION prevent me from getting treatment for 10 years.
I do feel like completely different people in my episodes. My choices from clothing to food change dramatically. Even my handwriting is SIGNIFICANTLY different. I do have rapid cycling, so I do experience multiple moods everyday.
Like viola- says, you posted here for a reason. Get to a psychiatrist, get eith a diagnosis (and treatment), or the clarity, freedom of know 100% for sure that you are mentally healthy, with just a distinctive personality.
