Hey guys,
Get the keys for our new house tomorrow and move in on Saturday. As a result I am manic. Bouncing off the walls here at work, having panic attacks, mind going a million miles a minute, can't sit still, can't focus on anything....feeling like I am going a million miles a minute.
What do you guys do when you're manic?
Hugs

Go in a dark place. The basement. Totally complete darkness. Set a timer for 15 minutes. Lie down flat on your back. Sometimes on the floor is better. When I get all hypomanic and overstimulated, I can only handle one texture. lol, I'm 26 and have my "blankie".
If you are able, try self-massage, yoga, stretching, etc.
Try working out HARD. (safely). (safe) sex until you can't anymore. god I love my vibrator, lol. OK, TMI. Sorry.
Hope it helps. :) I'm so glad you aren't depressed but sorry to hear you are so scattered.
Sometimes i am me (HT)...

I am sure you are feeling this way because you have so much going on right now and your mind is on overload thinking about
all the stuff you have to do to move. Maybe making a list of what needs to be done, start with the "Must Do" and try to remember that you can only do one thing at a time. Try and find some enjoyment in your new adventure. Personally, I take a long hot bath with no lights on, just candles burning and make myself stay there until my body is relaxed, hopefully the mind will calm down a bit too.

Thanks guys for your suggestions and support.
I have now crashed into a deep depression. A co-worker here told two other co-workers I accused them of being office bullies so I was pulled into a meeting to face off with these two "bullies". It was the most stressful situation I've ever been in and I am reeling from it today. I am seeing pdoc today at lunch (I am so lucky he is right downstairs).
I just can't believe that I am depressed now even though we are all moved in and the house is amazing, I should be happy and this work situation has just robbed me of it all. I am also going on a week vacation next week, so I feel robbed of being excited for that as well.
I hope so much this situation at work fizzles out and is over with. I can't handle the stress. I know you guys know how I am feeling.
Hugs,
Mogs

I know how the crash feels, and being robbed of a pleasure you'd looked forward to. I'm sorry about
the work situation. I hope things improve soon . Lots of good thoughts your way.

I'm sorry for the crash. The joy will come back. I'm glad your house is lovely and I'm glad that much of the moving stress is behind you!
