Yesterday, I was doing fine, until I started allowing negative talk in my own head to make me depressed. I began thinking people were "out to get me" because of something I had not done.
I began to isolate pulling away from my husband and telling my sister I was depressed on the phone. She says I am too hard on myself and need to lighten up. Wish I Knew how to do that.
Still feel after effects today. But want it to be a better day.
Help.
