Im going to suggest something different. Acceptance. Thats it pure and simple. Your life, like everyother person in the world, has rythems and cycles. It sounds to me like you are in a down cycle. I get those also, i understand that this is just part of being human. I relax, i dont accomplish alot, i rest, i get sad. But i just accept that this is life right now, and that just as i am down now, i will soon be on my way back up. Yin and Yang. The circle of life.
Keep positive, we are all going to have down days. Think of your dog, they accept, they endure, and they move on. SOmetimes we are our own worse enemies. We think we should allways be up, happy, perfect. Accepting that i am human, i know that i cant be all those things at all times.
