Sorry to hear that you are not doing the best. How did you go at the therapist?
You have done well just to acomplish what you have today. I know somedays I just can't do anything - just getting out of bed can be a struggle.
Not having any sleep, I guess is not helping things for you at the moment. Do you have any more tricks up your sleave to help you sleep?
I tend to keep trying everything when I get to the stage of not being able to sleep.
I like to try warm milk with honey, a long bath, gentle music and even a long walk or some excercise. All these things sound much simpler to do when I am not cylcling . Maybe even some eucalyptus in the air at night if you have troubles breathing.
