I have noticed I need to drink more water and during a med change my endurance is greatly affected. I went to an open dance the evening after my Dr. up-ed me from 600mg to 1,200mg. I lasted about 15 minutes (versus 90 minutes). I feel ill if I drink while running. I've had to alter my workout to lower-intensity. Instead of running, I'll walk on a steep incline. I get a similar workout - same calorie burn, but I need less water, and don't get sick from drinking water. I can workout about 40 minutes longer with this change.
I'm exercising about an hour, 6 days a week. I'm hoping to build endurance, but honestly, I get bored too easily. ;)
