well i didn't sleep last nite, so I hope i sleep soon cuz ive been up a long time. I was wondering about lithium, If i take it every 8 hrs do i still do that if i don't go to sleep? like I don't want to poison myself or anything. I've been doing so well since 2 days ago. I felt a manic episode coming on 4 days ago... atleast its not depression. I took a xanax just a minute ago, hopefully that'll help, along with benedryl.

Yes, keep your medication schedule the same regardless of your sleep.
