I read about
a week about
an article about
how bipolar people have a very sensitive internal clock. I have always had a sensitive internal clock but has gotten a lot more sensitive over the years. I have only seen this 1 article claiming this. Any other bipolars have this? Very interested in this!

Yes, it is legit. Changes in sleep schedule can have powerful effect on people with bipolar disorder. It's defeinitely a big deal for me. I also notice it during the day. I don't deal with change well.
