Seems silly the reason I am upset but still a trigger

I have bipolar II since 2005. I have been a cutter and have attempted suicide several times. Failing everytime but got close once since my family called 911. I thought i finally had it pretty much under control with the right meds and counseling. But i have had the word 2 weeks between all my physical pain, my 20 yr daughter (loser bf with no job) and my 10 yr old son needs tutoring and add meds and possibly anxiety meds but won't allow it plus my son punched me in my stomach really hard. So i have self medicated this weekend with xanax and flexeril then today i have been drinking alot of mixed vodka drinks, just took 5 (7.5mg) percs.and 4 (1mg) xanax. I am 5ft 3in 208 lbs. Should i be worried about an overdose? I just want to feel numb and escape for a few days.

I could really use some feedback, advice, anything!!!! Please!

Sad thing is my life is alot better than it was a few years ago. I am even expecting.a grandbaby. So i don't know what is going on. I feel threatened from the othet gma and i just had another cortisteriod injection in my neck so it could have been the combo.

Please call your Dr, and go to the ER if you are not safe.

You can say it was a problem for you but you cannot go into any detail on this site. You do not need to explain to get support. There are many people here plagued by self harming behaviors.

I sense that your thinking and judgement are skewed by depression. I empathsthise with you and if you were sitting next to me I'd give you a big hug and stay with you until you felt better. But I can't argue, debate, or use logic with depression so the only help I can offer online is to remind you to call your Dr. and stay safe.

Better days will come. There is life after self-harm. The hardest part is forgiving yourself. (((hugs)))
