I'm sorry for the way you feel. Are you in therapy presently or using any meds?
When you feel this way, there are many things you can do to help yourself. When these thoughts some your way, try to distract yourself and your thoughts by doing something you like-listen to music, watch movie, take a walk outdoors, write a journal, call a friend, etc.
There are also helplines that you can call and talk to someone. Keep us updated on how you are doing. Please know that we are here for you.
