got some intense chaos in my head tonight. tired, agitated, perplexed with a lot of thoughts. taken half a valium. trying to watch the tennis, lost in a thought fog. i guess that is bi-polar for you. a lot on my plate as well. it never ends.

Hope you are able to calm down and get in some relaxation! One moment at a time. Or one Valium at a time ;) whatever it takes!

Do you ever wonder ... I do ... about
these authors we call genius like Stephen King , Lord Byron, HP Lovecraft , Edger Allen Poe etc who write these amazing and even chaotic stories. They take you on a journey ... Maybe we are just different cuts of cloth? Perhaps a creative genius is just another diagnosis? Sometimes I write down those crazy thoughts then eventually it feels like I've purged something from my system. Like right now. I love life and hate life at the same time. I want to be normal then sometimes I think my ups and downs make up the very essence of my personality. Love thy self. If it's at it's worst there is only one way to go>
Samuel Taylor Coleridge had rhumitism that was for his time disabling. His only relief came from laudanum. But he was a genius poet. Just read Rhyme of the Ancient Mariner.

You know Steve Harris surprised me. As a kid I never thought that " a Heavy metal " band could pull off ... Elegance
Maiden is my second all time favorite metal band
Metallica is my number 1. ( no raspberry from the audience plez)
But I always can count on Steve for number 1 being an absolutely amazing bassist and 2 bringing good poetry into the world I just wish everyone could enjoy it without judging it. But I have to say rhyme is one of my all time favorite songs and I even brought a boom box ( how long ago was that !) to my professor and played it
Reaction was somewhat mixed between awe and just plain clueless. It got me an A tho. Cheers

metallica was mine, but they went soft. last album, ok. last track is old school, 'my apocoylpse'. love iron maiden, love judas priest. they are touring here, no money, bugger. 40 years. after nostradamas i thought that was it, then redeemer of souls. good stuff. rtchie can play too. although i miss k.k. got there live epitaph tour. last show in the uk. it goes off. irommaiden and judas priest are both number one in my book. rob halford has the best voice in metal ever.

Rob Halford is an amazing show man I've always thought. That is too bad you can't make it to see a show. I know THAT feeling. Ugh. I saw him with fight maany years ago. I love his work. I love how Maiden never changed. Metallica I can't say what happened but I think they lost their minds for a minute but the last album was kinda like yeah we still are metallica. Gosh we all are getting old I realize all my bands are like what led zeppelin was to me as a kid. Oh well c va bein.

i have big soft spots for classic bands. saxon, judas priest, iron maiden, black sabbath, dio-what a voice!! rip rjd. poor old dave mustaine got shafted from metallica, right at the start, but then megadeth was born. dave can play. love anthrax. i like old slayer. then i like deep purple, van halen, scorpions whitesnake, my cd is scratched, bugger. love led zepplin, pink floyd, faith no more, helloween, had walls of jericho, is old but good. have to look at that. motorhead, lemi!!!! ok, having too much fun.
have to do this, your fav metallica track?
iron maiden,
and judas priest if ya like. i'm interested.
