Spent the week in the psych ward at the hospital. A little scared to transition back into life after being sheltered for the week. Trying AA tomorrow and a bipolar group on Wednesday. We'll see how this goes

Rough past week for me. Just trying to take it easy this weekend. I'm not feeling well though. Might head to bed early.

My bf was kidnapped Wednesday. He escaped and the police caught the three men. He did get beat up, have a swollen neck, back, burst mouth, nose bleed. Hence why the rough week for me...
