Friday again...
Actually Friday the 13th (Black Friday).

g'day. depressed a bit. been productive, especially at night. got a new keyboard that was on sale. the other was like 5 years old and had to thump the you know what out of it. another year of norton. a printer cartridge, wrong one, money down the drain. i am both physically and mentally tired. keep well guys.

surgery on my right hand last Friday--very painful----ok days for me to type the keys.

Had to get in two AA meetings yesterday (Saturday) and just spent today mostly chillin at home. Took my girls to a movie event at church though, watched Big Hero 6, that was fun.

Feeling pretty good on the bipolar end, the rapid increases of Latuda must be playing nicely with the lithium. Just sad I have to give up my klonopin because of my alcohol treatment. No more benzos for me!

My weekend went okay. Nothing exciting really. Did some stuff for work and forced myself our yesterday to do grocery shopping.
