I'm still checkin in. ;) Haven't been doing as good lately. Thinking is getting dark although my mood still feels okay, which is weird. Doc wants to meet for longer next week and get into my past and see what is going on that I may or may not remember. Tonight should be my last night in the rehab program. Hallelujah! Hope everyone else is doing okay!

I'm here, :) You can always find me here, anxiety, depression, chronic pain and fibro fourms, lol. I double dip alot, I love healing well forums so much it really lets me have an outlet to so many of my issues all at one place.

Have anxiety group therapy today, so far it's going pretty good. Need to still get my homework done from last week, lol. Nothing like waiting for the last minute.

Today I am making hummus
My family will come 2 daugters,one sister, 3 grandchildren,,,,1 niece-----for 3 day reunion......I live with fiancé-Paul will make the cooking, he likes to...........

Caren, I've never heard of hummus. I had to Google it to see what is was and what's it made of. It looks yummy.

Audrianna, I hope your doc find out what's going on and you will feel better.

AngelLisa, I remember when I was attending therapy, sometimes I would do my homework just before my session. Lol
