I have chronic pain too. This is due to a car accident. I also have depression.

Thank you for responding to my post. Sorry to learn about your pain from your car accident.

I had a bad day with my pain, but was able to take it easy today.

Also, I checked into a chronicpainanonymous group for some support.

Hi,

I went to my pain doctor yesterday and am back on pills.
Am dubious about their reducing the pain in my shoulders.

I really like the group. It makes me realize that I am not alone in my health challenges.

Groups are very helpful and supportive. We don't have any in my area though.

Hope the pills help with your pain.

I have tried the pills and unfortunately they do little to help with my pain. As before, I believe that they make me more depressed as well.

Unfortunately, I had terrible pain in many parts of my body last night, after a physical therapy session in the pool.

I became very depressed and called my brother to talk about my feeling so much pain and depression.

I've heard that water therapy is helpful. I hope it will help you and your pain will subside.

It's nice you have your brother there for you. He sounds supportive.
