Friday is over already. It's time for our Weekend Check In Thread.

This is just a thread for everyone to check-in. Feel free to let us know how was your week, and your upcoming plans for the weekend.
How's everyone doing?

The last 2 days were a bit busy at work. I finally went branch visits.
Lately I have been struggling to cope with things overall but I am trying my best. I don't have any plan for the weekend. For now I'll just go with the flow.

blah. really. the tour starts tonight. will have a look. bits and pieces. got bad stomach. rest. worry about nothing. am playing music atm. have a good one.

Haven't checked in here for awhile so thought I'd drop in and say hi.

I'm going thru a real difficult time at the moment, emotions are all over the place. You can read about my grandson issue on the anxiety forum.

I'm also going thru a med change and attempting to quit smoking, it is all alot for me at once, but I need to do these things and no better time then now I guess.

I hope everyone has a great weekend! Happy 4th of July for those that celebrate it.

Enjoy the tour Jamie. You guys beat us in the cricket a few weeks ago. I didn't expect W.I. to win though.

AngelLisa, glad to see you posting here. I'm sorry about how you're feeling. I'll check out the post in A&P. Take it one day at a time. You can quit. Take it slowly. I've started smoking again about 2 weeks ago. I know it's not good but I've been struggling to cope with things. I hope the meds change will work for you.

Hi everyone,

I hope that everyone has a Happy 4th of July.

Have had a rough couple of days and been in bed too much. Finally, got up and took a shower and got some food in me.

I hope to join my brother at church tomorrow. Need to pray for my family as my folks are both having a rough time of it. I wish that I was closer to my family, as they are in Colorado.

Hey everyone and happy 4th! Sorry to hear some of you are having a rough go at it. I will be thinking of you!! Lisa and Aiki - sending you soothing thoughts and I hope the med change goes well, Lisa.

Not much here - went to a BBQ with friends for the 4th. Got a little depressed last week but bounced back! I have 8 days left at my dreaded job, then I'm off to the beach for a few days before I start my new job. Lamictal still working for me - just praying I don't get the rash. Seeing my psych on Thursday to check in and get a refill. My spouse says there's a huge difference in me and when I saw my therapist last week, she said I'm like a different person. Things are looking up!

MapleLeaf, sounds like you had a nice 4th of July. I'm glad you're okay now and bounced back. How are you doing today? I hope you're still okay.

keep strong guys. you know up n down!! that's a in joke for us bi-polars!!!! cold brrrrrr. enjoying watching the tour de france. awesome. i was once a prolific cyclist. trying decompress and deal with the neuralgia. will be buying a heat pack. trying to keep on top of things. trying to not over think. i need a coffee. life is short, love yourself, and those around you.

the tour is good. it's fri night here so i am keeping the thread active!!! i should be partying or something?? those days are gone. thank goodness. just keeping at it. i heard something on the idiot box, a movie trailer, it said, 1 day at a time is not very ambitious'!!! i kinds like it. sometimes we need the mindful act of 1 day, but a forward projection, not too far, keeps it real. i will shut up for now. have a good one.

I heard something in the news this morning briefly about a Volcano eruption in Australia? Is all okay?

No weekend plans for me. My mother is going turtle watching with my sister and their family so I'll be home alone until Saturday night. No plan since I'm just blue.

I heard something about flights. Thought it was an eruption in Australia. Glad you're okay. We've only got very small mud volcanoes here.
