Hello everyone,

Found a good book at Borders Book Store that I wanted to share with you.  It is called the BIPOLAR DISORDER Survival Guide by David J. I'm assuming some have already read this one, but felt the need to share anyways.

Hey Rico,

Thanks for the reference and suggestion. I just made a small edit and swapped the Borders link for an Amazon link. HealingWell has a charitable affiliation with Amazon where a portion of the proceeds made through purchases linked from HW goes back to the forum. This money is in turn spent on operating overhead for the HW site. And by chance, that particular book is cheaper from Amazon.


If you go to the right, >>>> under Resources >> Books >> there are links to all sorts of books that have been suggested by other forum members.

It will be interesting to see what books others suggest.
