     ok meds r causing vision problems so the doc. took me off the benzo.  but it still hasn't helped so now she is taking me off the geodon and i am really stressed because that means i will go a weak without anything.  well i am taking paxil but that is for the p/a attacks and ocd that i have....... nothing for the bipolar.  i really think that i am not going to stop taking it because i don't want to go back to the way i was before.  i am already having p/a attacks just thinkng about it. well anyway that is my problem right now

      So let me get this straight, your just taking paxil? Do you have manic problems or just depression/ anxiety? What is your official diagnosis? I can help you once i know these things.

Hi Athmildy, I wanted to tell you that I also have vision problems some days worse than others. I will suggest to you that I would not stop or start anything without the doctors orders. This could really mess up your system and could get you hospitalized in order to become stabilized again. I have always been informed of this and as a mental heath therapist also agree with this. I am concerned about you being bipolar and not having at least a mood stabilizer but if you are doing well, maybe the doctor feels at this moment, that you do not require one or a antipsychotic. I would think also about getting a second opinion from another doctor if you are concerned with the med regime you are getting. I hope this gives you some insight. I know I have tried myself to play with my meds and I came close to being hospitalized due to the severe depression. Take care, enpointe

I know exactly how you feel. For me, being alone is something I fear HORRIBLY. I can't stand being home alone when I'm even a tiny bit down and I need to be by a lot of people. It's weird. But hang in there!!!
