and where can i get it, i know there a few sites , i saw one where it was a homeopathic spray and comes on 2nd on search on google.

I personally take lithium carbnate, I would ask your pdoc or your local pharmacy about it.

We have been having server issues, it is not your fault.

the lithium im talking about you can get online , not the prescription kind the doc would give out. Im doing about 20 percent better. I still have the headaches by my temples that never go away ever and feel like i have a hot face.
The lithium won't be for me but for someone else asking about it, the carbonate is the prescription kind and the orotate is the otc kind

I was not aware of Lithium Orate was sold over the counter, now I know. If you have a doctor you see you should ask them about it. But your local pharmacy is also a good source of information.

I am glad you are feeling better. When I first started the prescription Lithium I had headaches for the 1st few months, and it eventually went away. You should have the dose rechecked to make sure that it is not too high.
