Hi - I am new here. Has anybody ever been diagnosed with Bi-Polar by one Dr and
Agorophobia by a different Dr?

Just curious my daughter is really struggling. She doesn't do well on medication and as long
as she is working and staying busy and has someone to talk to she gets through.

She does have her moments of mania, anxiety and severe depression.

Hi LuckyStar01,

Welcome to our board. That's an odd double diagnosis, I've got to say. But agoraphobia is an extreme form of panic disorder, which is comorbid with a LOT of bipolars so it's very possible she has both. Is she seeing psychiatrists for these diagnoses or gps? How familiar are you with bipolar disorder and which diagnosis came first?
