So I was driving and put in the new Jason Mraz CD. A song came on called "Details in the Fabric". I struck home. I finally cried. I just wanted to share with all of you. Here's a Youtube link if you'd like to hear. The one with Angelina Jolie is quite profound. This just has the song and lyrics.

This is a good thing! I love when I "finally" cry. I haven't done it in so long, I forget what it's like. I feel numb to it all. Nothing bad can come from crying, that's for sure. I'm glad you finally got it out.

I'm afraid now, though, that it might lead into depression. I've cried twice, the other time in the bathroom stall at work. The longer he's gone, the more reality sets in that he's probably is never coming back and I will "really" have to let go. God help me.

I'm very sorry, lostwife. It helps to get those emotions out there, though. It's so much healthier than bottling them up.

Maripaz, I deleted your post because it was the same as the one you posted in another thread and Forum Rule #16 is No duplicate posts.
Thanks,
