Shebsy,
I just recently was given Zyprexa, it has been great so far. This is medication #9 as I have a bad time with the side effects. You are so right, you have to stay positive and use the gifts you were given to there fullest, even if they seem unimportant to you, they may be of great value to someone else. People never stop to think that even the smallest act of kindness can have a great impact on someone in such a positive way. At point, I went off all my meds, as BP's are famous for doing, and tried Ayurvedic Herbs. Now I am sure they work for some people, but they sent me spiraling into depression like I have never experienced given that I lean towards mania and rapid cycling. I wanted to go all natural, I wanted to believe that I did not have BP, I wanted to make myself well by sheer will. But none of that happened. Just accepting the fact goes along way to be med compliant, do everything you can to feel well and stop taking yourself so seriously as I have a tendancy to do.
Be well, talk to me soon and I will talk to you soon.
