Thanks Jon and Serafena!
I got a 7-page letter from him this morning explaining, apologizing, taking responsibility, etc. In it, he expresses a dedication to "participate in any therapy or counseling" that I would like US to attend. I think he is a bit nervous and afraid to face talking about
everything to a counselor by himself. So, I would like for him to go with me to my "regular" appointment just to get the ball rolling. Then, I think he would benefit more being able to talk freely and
openly without me there. I KNOW I can be part of the problem sometimes. We are married after all!
I want him to be able to get that frustration out and not feel inhibited by my presence.
Jon, I posted some other questions to you on mptat's thread. I am curious about
how to prepare for the inevitable relapse(s). How have you handled it? Does it get better/easier, etc.? I would love more input from you on this!
Thanks again all who "listen", post and support! Love y'all to pieces!
