Has anyone had experience with Pristiq ? I was on Lamictal and Wellbutrin. The Wellbutrin wasn't working, and my doctor brought up the possibility of taking Pristiq in conjunction with the Lamictal. As far as I knew, it was only perscribed for Major Depressive Disorder. Is this a branch of bipolar ? There has never been mention of Major Depressive Disorder - only ADHD and bipolar. Does anyone have experience with Pristiq ? Effective ? Side effects ? Any advice would be greatly appreciated...

I don't have any experience with the drug "Pristiq" but what I do know it that certain drugs work differently when combined with other drugs so I would give it a chance to see how you feel.

 

Pdocs are finding that when adding a drug used for depression along with a mood stabilizer has many benefits.

Thank you. I'm just scared that it will take awhile to work... things are already looking pretty dim.
