Well I have been dealing with this now for about two years, and I can't seem to find anything, or one to help. I was going to one dr, and he eneded up making me feel worse, I fianlly found another one in my area, I thoguht, but come to find out they have nothing to do with mental health, My insurance company gave me the number , Not to sure why, but they must have been confused, so now I am stuck, There are no other providers in my area. I don't know what to do.

You only have one doc in your area? What's your out-of-network coverage like? Will your ins pay for part of your treatment if you see someone out of network? It might be worth it. Are there any mental health clinics in town? Even if they don't take your insurance, they may offer treatment on a sliding scale.

yes, I live in a very small town, I am just going to call them today and see , and hope they dont give me a wroung number again
