Hi Winnie,
I was given Ambien in the hospital and I felt like I was drugged the whole next day.
I never took it again. I also can't get any sleep. My doctor told me I could take 2mg. of Klonopin at bedtime
but I'd rather save that for my anxiety. And if I take too many Klonopin my insurance won't renew it.
It's like a game I have to play to be medicated and feel better. But the insomnia is at it's all time worst.
I hope the Ambein helps you.

hey winnie,
when i took ambien i had very vivid dreams / nightmares and i'd wake up sweating and freaking out. as soon as i fell asleep i'd have another one.
so it wasnt helping me sleep and i stopped taking it.
good luck hope it works for you. i know it works for some people.
