i can feel it. i can almost see it. the downswing is waiting for me.
but what can i do to stop it? im listening to happy music to try to boost my mood... hum..

still waiting on the AD prescription bcuz the doc gave them the wrong strength GRR !!

i drank some diet soda...
iono... i dont have any aspirin bcuz stomach issues before, just tylenol...

i ended up chattng with a good friend online to stave off the depression and she was cool with my mood swings so...
yay!
we'll see how today goes :)

so its a delayed response thing? 5 hours later.. gosh anything could have been causing those night-time mood swings id been having.
i guess i want calm more than tears (though some days i want to feel things strongly...)
no news yet on the meds though :(

GTH, sorry you're having a rough time. I hear you. I'm still trying to work my way up to my 400 mg of Lamotrigine....only at 175...a long way to go.

You are doing the right things; looking for ways to feel better. That's all we can do in times like this.

I am thinking of you and sending hugs.

When I am up or down I have to think to myself this to shall pass.  I have to fight to come out on the otlher side.  Just   keep the faith.
