meeting with my boss today, my psychiatrist tomorrow

my boss wants me to take the closing shift at work 4 or 5 nights a week.. normally i would be thrilled because i love my job, however i take seroquel 300mg at 8:30 pm and by 10:30 i feel so ill that if i don't go to bed immediately it just becomes torture trying to stay awake or function at all.
where i work closed at 11, and closing duties dont finish until midnight. then i have to walk 20 minutes back to my dorm.

hoping my pdoc will be able to give me xanax and lower my dose of seroquel..

I don't want to apply for disability because i think it would make it harder to get my RA job next year and i really need the free housing.. i can't afford to go back to school without it.

I've tried to shift it to later, but honestly it works best when i take it 8:30-9:30. i took it at 11pm-midnight for a month and a half it and became ineffective so i went back to 8:30.
