sorry, we can't discuss self harm in any kinds of graphic terms. you can say you have gone back to old self destructive behavior, but at a certain point I have to delete it. try reposting in a less graphic form.

I know people out there are really hurting, and we will do as much as we can to help you. but the the rules are the rules. find a different way to say it.

I can understand that... But what about people who are suicidal... People posting something as a cry for help, then it gets deleted... Or what about cutters??? I know a few that struggle with and have talked about cutting... Just wondering.

i suppose because these are very bad aviodance coping measures. i was one.
hospital or calling the psych services attached to it is the way to go. for many it is a outlet, i get this, but it is very damaging as well. with compassion, jamie. ps i hear what you say.

I was one too at one time, as was my sister, but together we found another outlet to express ourselves and realized it does nothing, the pain will still be there after you do it, and all it leaves u with is ugly scars.

 Thanks everyone. There is help out there for us when we get in a bad way. THe big thing is learning to swallow our pride and make the call.

  It's not weakness to know your limits. Knowage is power, knowing when to ask for help is just as important as being there to provide help. We all need a hand up at some time in our lives.

  Big hugs to everyone here who suffers these demon's. My heart is with you.
