A very stressfull day for most of us, that coupled with emotional swings can make it even that much more worse. How did you all do? Here is how mine went.
12:00am to 7am Working at the firehouse. Got a little sleep, not much. After the week i had had working both firehouse and Sears, i knew i was really tired. I even flipped out when i "lost" 400.00. Turns out i was so tired i had put the money on a different credit card. It was ok, although i will have to pay some overlimit fees on the card i thought the money was on.
So i worked night shift and got home and in bed at 7:30, and stayed there until 1pm. Then i went to my ex's for a nice dinner. After that i took the time and took another nap, 5-8pm. Worked on a model, walked thor, and listened to the foot ball game. Then to bed by 11.
That was it, no emotional issues. I recognized i was extremely tired and got alot of sleep. I still go by the A.A. verse i learned from a friend many years ago. H.A.L.T. Hungry, Angry, Lonely, Tired. For what ever reason it seems to help with my BPII also.
Hope you all got thru the holidays intact. Lets hear what you all did. Trust me, it can't be any more boring than what i just described.
