Hello, CamanoGirl, I didn't find that completely stopping lithium had any effect on low thyroxine levels. They continued to remain low until I took levothyroxine to increase the hormone. As for high-blood sugar, I just don't know how it is related to lithium unless it could be that low levels of exercise caused by fatique from lithium could have caused a weight gain, thus leading to high blood sugar levels.
On that one, you need to have a 3-month analysis of blood-sugar levels to determine if you are diabetic or pre-diabetic. I would ask my physician for that test regardless of the other tests. You need to know if you are pre-diabetic or even possibly diabetic.
I've never taken Seroquel so can't answer that for you.
