you can google the criteria for bipolar quite easily. there are different types of bipolar and no one's experience of bipolar is exactly the same. the symptoms are important, not the diagnosis. my advice to you again would be to focus on improving your lifestyle and health by eating the best you can, exercising moderately, eating well, avoiding mood altering drugs, making sure you include pleasant events in your day.
I think it is important to attend psychiatric specialist care (but I reckon only worry about how they do their jobs if something feels very very wrong. I think we are otherwise wasting our time trying to catch up with their 10 years of advanced medical training, often years of experience and sharp intellect). Still learn about your physical, psychiatric and psychological health and asking "How can I take responsibility for my life?", "How can I take charge of my life", probably get you better outcomes in the long run? I see you have BPD. How has you process of getting into a DBT course been for you?
Like Camano suggested - remember crisis lines - if you feel desperate in the next two weeks.
