Try 1 800 273 8255. It's a crisis / helpline in your area. They should know what resources are available. If they can help her get a prescription, this might help with the cost: http://www.pparx.org/ I did not see a requirement for SSN / documentation.
Did you know that social rythym therapy is ***sometime**** equally effective as medication? She should be doing everything she can to take care of herself. It will be a full-time job. I won't go explain social rhythm therapy more now, we talk about elements of it all the time so I think you're familiar with it?
