Not sure what I've got? Bipolar or Depression?

Hi,

I'm a student and I've posted on this website earlier when I was having mood swings and had my exams coming up and I was breaking down for no reason.
I've been on tablets for years now , but I'm not sure whether its depression or bipolar?

These are the tablets that I've been taking. It's been few days since I've got back home for summer, just been feeling low suddenly , its a feeling that I'm not sure how to explain. Like having butterflies in your stomach
and feel like something's gonna go wrong. :( These mood swings scare me , and at times I worry whether I'll have a good future without any problems.

Any advice?

with an appropriate diagnosis.
