Hello! My name is Sarah, but I go by
Dragua Kalë (Albanian for Dragon Horse) on my forums. I was
diagnosed with Bi-Polar this last December. Since then I've been
getting my Saphris for free. I started getting it through Mental
Health, and now I've found a doctor that is free. I don't have to
pay a thing. And since I don't have insurance I was scared that I
wouldn't be able to get help. Alas, I have. I'm getting almost all
of my meds for free. The only one that I can't get for free is my
Claritin.
I'm engaged to my fiance, and I live
with my Aunt. Moving in with her was the best thing in the world, I
believe. My mother is Bi-Polar and won't admit it but I'm the target
for the fighting. She HAS to fight with someone every day. When I
was going to Medical Assistant school (Everest sucks), I noticed some
days she'd say that she and Lyle had a fight. When she didn't say
she had a fight, she'd pick one with me. So one day when she didn't
tell me she had a fight with Lyle, I said, "You haven't fought
with anyone yet today have you?" She stopped trying to fight
with me IMMEDIATELY. It was funny. I then told Steph about it when
she complained to me on the phone about how Mom was either fighting
with Steph or Lyle. A week later, Steph asked me what the phrase was I used to stop Mom fighting with her. I told her again and in a week, she told me it was working.
