Diagnosis and nightmares

Hey all well I got my diagnosis. Bpd, bipolar 2 & PTSD, explains a few things. I'm on. Lithium and lamactil, does this cause intense nightmares for anyone as its 2.15 am here and I'm sitting up in the dark terrified after a nightmare I used to have all the time has returned with a vengeance. I used to have it all the time but not for about 10 years! Any one else?
