Please, I need your experience if you have weaned or are weaning from Seroquel. I'm on my 12th day,
and I am having awful stomach pain. I have no appetite.

I plan to get through this.

I have tried to come off of seroquel 4 times and never succeeded. I weaned all the way off of it very slowly, which took care of the stomach pains and the nausea. Did you wean slowly?

My biggest issue is the refractory insomnia which is where I never sleep without the seroquel and no meds will make me sleep either. I am curious if I am just doomed to be on seroquel for the rest of my life?

I have been on seroquel for 13 years. 100mg only at night.

I've been on Seroquel for 5 years now I Think. Right now I take 500 mg at night. I cant remember my sideeffects, but I cant imagine a Life without it now. It litterley saved my Life.

I had some minor surgery and my daughter was handling giving me my pain meds. Well, she forgot to give me my psyc meds. So I missed my regular dose of 300 XR Seroquel for 2 nights. The morning of the 3rd day, I was so nauseous, vomiting and all shaky quivering in my chest. I took 200mgXR right away and then my reqular dose that night. I hear all of these horror stories about getting off of Seroquel. Guess that I will be on this med for awhile.
