is anyone else like this? is it part of bipolar? where does it fit in/how?

Hi song,
It sounds more like an intrusive thoughts than anything else. I would guess it has more to do with anxiety or ptsd/ptsd-like traits. Perhaps cognitive behavioral therapy could give you relief from associations that cause distress?
