Well yesterday Australia elected their first American Prime Minister and I'm moving to Auckland New Zealand, because I have a range of psychiatric, physical and cognitive illnesses and disabilities, I cannot get medical management of in Australia.
It is overwhelming enough to relocate to another country - and my bipolar is not going anywhere while I'm doing it - and my bipolar is not going anywhere after I relocate.
I feel very sad but it is a part of a untreatable bipolar life - and I will prevail. I leave for NZ in two days and I feel quite anxious.

(ps. I do realise it is a new opportunity and I will make the best of it, but realistically, there will be very stressful times and very lonely times ahead.)
